Zenith Financial Group helps Los Angeles entrepreneurs register an LLC, corporation, or DBA, get an EIN and licenses, keep up with state filings, and build business credit. Based in Encino, we have served the Persian-speaking community since 2015, with support in English and Persian.
Our Business Services
LLC and corporation registration
We help you understand the differences between an LLC and a corporation and prepare your filing with the California Secretary of State. Not sure which fits? Read our guide on LLC vs. corporation in California.
DBA (fictitious business name)
If you operate under a name other than your own or your company’s legal name, California generally requires a fictitious business name statement, filed with the county where your business is located. We help you through the filing and the publication requirement that follows.
EIN and business licenses
We help you obtain an Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the IRS and identify the local licenses and permits your business may need, such as a city business license or a seller’s permit.
Ongoing state filings
California businesses have recurring obligations. Corporations file a Statement of Information every year and LLCs every two years, and both generally owe an $800 annual tax or minimum franchise tax. We help you stay on top of these deadlines.
Business credit building
A strong business credit profile, separate from your personal credit, can help when you apply for financing, vendor accounts, or leases. We guide you through the foundations: a business bank account, consistent business information everywhere it appears, and accounts that report payment history to business credit bureaus.
D-U-N-S number and Dun & Bradstreet profile
Dun & Bradstreet is one of the main business credit bureaus, and many lenders and suppliers look up your company by its D-U-N-S number. We help you request a D-U-N-S number and set up an accurate company profile.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I form an LLC or a corporation?
It depends on your plans for ownership, investment, and taxes. Many small businesses choose an LLC for simplicity, while businesses seeking investors often choose a corporation. A CPA or attorney can advise on your specific tax and legal situation.
Do I need a DBA if I have an LLC?
Only if you do business under a name that is different from your LLC’s registered legal name.
Why does business credit matter?
Lenders, suppliers, and landlords may review your business credit when you apply for financing, payment terms, or a commercial lease. Building it early keeps business and personal finances separate.
Can you help me in Persian?
Yes. Our team speaks English and Persian.
